Terms

These terms cover your use of this website, orevos.com. Bookings and the work itself are handled through our booking site, under its own terms. Nothing here takes away rights that the law gives you and that cannot be given up.

Who we are

This site is run by Orevos (formerly Park Real Studio), owned by Jason Park in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Call or text (604) 767-9880, or write to hello@orevos.com.

What is on this site

The photographs, films, words, logo and design of this site belong to Orevos or to the people who allowed us to show them. Names and logos of other companies belong to those companies.

You are welcome to look around and to share links to any page. Please do not copy, download, frame or republish the pictures, films or text, scrape the site, or use its content to train software, without our written permission.

Using the site

Do not try to get into parts of the site that are not public, interfere with how it works, overload it, or use it for anything unlawful. We may block access that does.

Information on the site

What the site says about our services is general information and can change. Prices shown are starting prices in Canadian dollars before taxes.

The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available but do not promise that it will always be either. Except where the law does not allow it, we are not responsible for loss that comes from using the site or relying on it.

Blog and articles

Our Journal articles are general information about real-estate photography, film and aerials. Each one is correct on the date it shows, published or updated. Older articles are not always revised when something changes.

Prices and timings in an article are examples, not a quote. The price and delivery time for your shoot are the ones our booking site shows when you book.

When an article describes rules set by others, such as Transport Canada’s drone regulations or BC real-estate advertising rules, it is a plain summary and not legal, real-estate, aviation or other professional advice. The official source is the one that counts, and a lawyer, your brokerage or the regulator can tell you how it applies to you.

We draft articles with the help of AI tools and check them against our own prices, services and records before they are published. If you spot something wrong, write to hello@orevos.com and we will correct it and change the Updated date.

What “Information on the site” says about relying on this site applies to articles too.

Personal information

What this site collects, and how to ask about it, is on the Privacy page.

The law that applies, and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and of Canada that apply there. If something about the site concerns you, please tell us first. We may update these terms; the date at the top changes when we do.
